Corporate session types

Personal branding. For entrepreneurs, consultants, coaches, and content creators. Longer session (2-3 hours) with multiple scenarios and looks: formal portrait, simulated action photo (writing, speaking), editorial photo. 30-50 final photos to feed social media all year.
On-site corporate coverage. We go to the office with portable lighting setup. More natural results with the real work environment. Ideal for companies that want to show their culture and space.
How we work a corporate day
Pre-session. We coordinate by email 5-7 days before: shot list, dress code briefing (formal vs business casual), brand guidelines if any (color palette, restricted backgrounds), and hour-by-hour agenda if it's a team session.
Session day. We arrive 30 minutes early to set up. For teams, the flow is one person every 10-15 minutes. We take the first shots, show on screen to validate direction, adjust, and complete.
Consistent editing. For teams we edit all photos with the same look (same white balance, same facial retouch level, same crop and aspect ratio). Result: the whole gallery looks like a unified team.
Fast delivery. Corporate is our fastest delivery — 24-48 hours for individual and small team sessions, 3-5 days for personal branding productions. We deliver high-resolution JPEGs ready to print or upload, and low-resolution for LinkedIn (cropped to the correct ratio).

Corporate preparation tips
Dress code: keep it conservative. A formal shirt in a solid color (white, light blue, black) almost always works. Avoid small patterns and loud colors that dominate the photo and compete with the face.
Makeup: natural and matte. If skin shines on camera, photos look less polished. For men we recommend translucent powder on forehead and nose if skin is oily.
Hair: done the day before, not freshly cut (cut scratches show on camera), not freshly dyed (tones don't fully settle for 24 hours).
Jewelry: minimal and matte. Bracelets or shiny watches reflect light directly into the lens.
Hydration + rest. Under-eye circles and dehydrated skin are the first things noticed. A week of good hydration and a good night's sleep before has visible impact.

Yes. We work with portable lighting setup that covers any office or meeting room with a minimum 4x3 meter space. No travel cost in Santo Domingo and Distrito Nacional; fixed fee for Santiago, Punta Cana, La Romana, Bávaro.
Do photos include commercial rights?
Yes. All corporate sessions include authorized commercial use rights: corporate website, LinkedIn, press materials, presentations, email signature, fairs. For paid advertising use (Meta ads, Google, OOH) we quote extended assignment as an add-on.
Can you do a team of 30 people?
Yes. For teams of 20+ people we split the session into 2 days or coordinate a full day in office with a flow of 8-10 people per hour. Pricing scales per person with volume discount.
